These terms cover your use of Legacy Builder, a product of Loud Legacy Ventures. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
Using Legacy Builder
- You must be able to form a legal agreement to use Legacy Builder.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account secure.
- You will not use Legacy Builder to build, describe, or promote anything illegal or harmful.
- You will not try to disrupt the product, access other people's projects without permission, or misuse it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, descriptions, and other content you enter into Legacy Builder. You give us permission to store it, process it, and use it to provide the product back to you, including generating a plan, a logo, or other output based on what you entered.
If you invite teammates to a shared workspace, they can see and edit the projects in that workspace. You are responsible for deciding who you invite.
Generated output
Legacy Builder generates plans, tasks, logos, and other material based on what you enter. This output can be wrong, incomplete, or not fit for your purpose. Review anything Legacy Builder produces before you rely on it or act on it.
Availability
We work to keep Legacy Builder available and reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or uninterrupted. Features that depend on outside providers may be limited or unavailable if those providers have a problem.
No warranty
Legacy Builder is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the product will meet your needs or that any business built using it will succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Loud Legacy Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Legacy Builder. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Legacy Builder and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Legacy Builder after a change means you accept the updated terms.
